What documents do I need?
Please bring the following two documents with you on your firt visit.

Doctor prescription recommending physiotherapy
Physiotherapy care begins immediately once you receive your doctor’s prescription. Your first appointment will be 60 minutes long, with each subsequent session lasting 30 minutes with a physiotherapist. Plan to spend additional time at the clinic, as you’ll have the opportunity to use our space for your rehabilitation.
These sessions are free of charge and will be billed directly to CNESST.
The initial evaluation will focus on diagnosing your injury and creating a plan to help you return to work promptly. The duration of care will vary based on your individual needs.
